Ben Mazanec is a local resident of St. Louis who resides on the south side. Ben has spent most of his child hood in the firehouse and watching his father fight work a a Firefighter. It’s been a lifelong dream of Ben’s to be a full-time firefighter; hopefully some day Ben and his dad will work together on St. Louis Fire Department. Ben now spends most of his time capturing the St. Louis fire department in action. The St. Louis fire department actually gave Ben his own set of gear, badge number and assigned car number. MatthewÂ is a photographer from the Detroit Michigan area who enjoys buffing the Chicago Fire Department. When not buffing in Chicago Matthew enjoys spending time with Detroit and Flint Michigan firefighters. Matthew was born in 1971, adopted by parents Frank & Rose Marie Sosnowski. Matthew holds three associates degrees in Fire Science, general education and History. Matthew works full-time as landscape/snow plower for a company in the Detroit area. Matthews photos have been seen around in Firehouse magazine and other websites.
