Chicago Fire Companies responded early this morning to a fire in Old Town which damaged some horse carriages at the stable. Here is more on the story.
WGN – “Stables owned by Antique Coach and Carriage in Chicagoâ€™s Old Town neighborhood caught fire overnight.
No horses were injured in the fire but a number of horse carriages have been destroyed.
The barn stables horses both for shows and for Michigan Avenue carriage rides.
The historic site was built in 1871 after the Great Chicago Fire, and stabled as many as 60 coach and riding horses as well as hansom cabs in its heyday.”…Continue Reading Here
