Video of Multiple Box Alarm Fires in Detroit, MI on Sat. Night Thru Sun. Morning

Metro Detroit Fire Incidents Photography was out on Saturday night and early Sunday morning.  They caught video of multiple box alarm fires in Detroit, Michigan.  Description of the video is below.

“While buffing in Detroit Michigan we went to a box Alarm off of west Warren Ave. The Dwelling was rolling through the roof and got into the dwelling next door. The 2nd fire we went to was about 2 miles away from where we were at. That was also a fully involved dwelling with a neighboring dwelling going throughout the 2nd floor and roof. They called all of the firefighters out of the 2nd dwelling and put up the tower ladder. While at this fire about 4 or 5 other box Alarms came in. With all the radio traffic it was hard to tell what was going on. We left the 2nd fire and were heading to a fire on grand River but it was put under control. A box came in, in southwest Detroit and we started to head that way. It was a small fire. On the way back a fire on the east side came in which was also a small fire. We saw smoke as we were going to the east side fire and we though it was a good one, but it was smoke from a another fire that was 2 dwellings going through out that we didn’t even hear on the radio. So we hopped off of 94 and got on I75 north to see if we could find it. Chief 8 came over the radio and said that he was taking command and gave the location so we found out where it was and went to that.  After this fire we went to mack and I75 where we sat for about a hour before the lower east side had a major dwelling fire that lit up the sky for miles.”
