Detroit Fire Department Box Alarm @ 2676 Buena Vista St
Here are some excellent images of a fire Josh Boyajian took in during his visit to Detroit this past weekend. Visit Josh’s website here, thanks Josh for the great photos! Josh’s description below of the fire.
“2nd fire of the night at this address. Companies first had a small fire on the first floor of this vacant 4 flat prompting a Box Alarm response. Companies made an aggressive interior attack and extinguished the fire quickly. Almost exactly 30 minutes after companies left the scene, E42 was sent back for a rekindle. Upon arrival, E42 asked for the Box to be filled out and an extra company for RIT for the same vacant going throughout. The exposure building, an identical vacant, got going in the attic as well. 4 lines were led out. Companies assigned: E42 E40 E39 E44 (RIT) Highland Park E2 S5 L17 C8”.
