UPDATED: With Excellant Still Pics! Firefighters Respond to a Plane Into a House Near Midway Airport

Early this morning (Tuesday Nov. 18, 2014) Chicago Firefighters responded to 6511 S. Knox for a plane that had crashed into a home. This was elevated to a Still and Box Alarm and EMS Plan 1. Reports indicate the plane went nose first into the living room of the home and then into the basement. We have learned nobody inside the home was injured but we have learned the pilot has passed away.
