Marcia leaves behind her husband Dave (also a member of the Brookfield Fire Department) and son, Fletcher, 6 yrs. old.
Visitation 10am – 2pm March 4, 2016 at St. Bernard’s Church (2015 Parmenter Street, Middleton, WI 53562) with burial to follow mass.
In lieu of flowers, the Rosecky family will be establishing the Firefighter/Paramedic Marcia Rosecky Memorial Scholarship Fund to benefit women who want to pursue a career in firefighting. Please make donations out to FF/P Marcia Rosecky Memorial Scholarship Fund.

There is a state sports tournament in Madison this coming weekend and rooms in the area will be filling up quickly. Sunday Feb. 28th: It is with great sadness we bring you news of a Line of Duty Death in Wisconsin. Firefighter/Paramedic Marcia Rosecky with the City of Brookfield Fire Department (Suburb of Milwaukee in Waukesha County, WI) has passed away following a battle with job related cancers. Marcia was a 41 year old Firefighter Paramedic with the City of Brookfield Fire Department. She leaves behind a husband who is also a Firefighter/Paramedic with the City of Brookfield Fire Department and one child. May Marcia rest in peace, and thank you for your sacrifices. We will bring you funeral information as it comes along.
