Police Officer Killed In BrentWood Shootout With House Explosion Video 5/12/2014
“During a short press conference Monday night, New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph Foster confirmed Brentwood police officer Steve Arkell, 48, was shot and killed when he responded to a reported domestic disturbance at 46 Mill Pond Road. According to Foster, Arkell was shot by Michael Nolan, 47, who subsequently died during either the fire or explosion at the Brentwood home.
A second officer tried to enter the home after Arkell was shot, but was â€œdriven out by gunfire,â€ according to Foster.
Arkell was a part-time officer and leaves behind two daughters, according to Brentwood Police Chief Wayne Robinson. Arkell was listed as a patrolman and animal control officer on the town of Brentwood. Full Story Continued…..
