“(August 11th., 2016) 2 ALARM HOUSE FIRE. Fire 2nd. Floor and Roof. 1435 East 18th. Street (Avenue N-O) Midwood, Brooklyn.  Few minor Injuries.  Firefighters also had to fight the thick smoke and Outdoor Heat Temps.  Six firefighters treated for minor injuries. Possible electrical fire on 2nd. floor.  Residents say they heard noise coming from an air conditioner before the blaze broke out.  They managed to escape without injury.”
