“City of Philadelphia, 4300 block of Chestnut. BC 11 went on location with a 4 story apartment building 300×75 with smoke showing on the 4th floor. He originally put 2&2 in service. The fire quickly went to 3 alarms with fire through the roof. Deputy 1 (Bonner) had command. LT 6 used its elevated stream to knock the bulk of the fire and crews went back in service interior.”
