PD in area with smoke from a vacant mixed use building.
While enroute B-44 updated from Dispatch and Balance of Alarm is sent. Engine 19 makes entry and unable to find fire. A lot of building heat, they back out and reposition. B-56 taking command reports fire now visible from #4 side near exposure and requests 2nd Alarm for Defensive Operations. Multiple Ladders airborne for Master Stream Operations
4 -1¾” & 2 -2½” Lines in use
