“DATE/TIME OF INCIDENT: Wednesday November 15th, 22:04hrs LOCATION: 2455 S. St. Andrews Pl CITY: City of Los Angeles INCIDENT DETAILS: 1. Reported fire on the 6th floor of a senior living center 2. Firefighters arrived on scene at seven story apartment complex 3. Firefighters located the fire on the 6th floor in a storage room 4. Firefighters were able to call knock down within 20 minutes 5. A 64 year old woman was transported due to smoke inhalation 6. Arson investigators are on scene”
