Video of Roof Collapse at Los Angeles House Fire

Video footage of a well involved house fire in Los Angeles, California.  The video shows the roof collapse at approx. The 2:58 mark and then it shows it again in slow motion.  The video was posted by firelensman and description is below.

“11-26-2015 Los Angeles Firefighters, Engine 57, Task Force 33 & 66’s, Battalion 13 first on scene at 1126 West 73rd Street reported a single story, single family dwelling fully involved with fire. Firefighters quickly stretched lines and attacked the blaze that already threatened to spread to houses on both sides. With several hoselines in place Firefighters knocked down the blaze in an hours time. Firefighters went to work digging out a hot spot in the eves of the exposure to the west. Firefighters working also used caution on scene as the attic of the house collapsed in several locations. There were no reported injuries, the house was a total loss. Air Utility was dispatched to the scene due to the extensive overhaul. The fire was suspicious as Firefighters reportedly found the front door of the house open when they arrived on scene. Red cross assisted with the displaced family of the house.”
